「The property description was misleading. When it says parking, it means in a public, in street carpark. Staff on arrival was not very helpful. Lots of questions needed to be asked. At check out, noone was available so needed to leave them on the unattended front desk. It also is vague about the breakfast. It is a cold buffet only. No hot food. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.」

「From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy. We had a wonderful dinner in the cellar bar/restaurant and breakfast the next morning was lovely. I'd definitely stay here again! 」

「We had a wonderful stay here! Hersh was incredibly helpful at check-in and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t know all the food places closed around 9pm. Without us asking, Hersh offered to see if he can call the attached pub if they can still make us a meal. We had a lovely meal at the Fitz pub with yummy food, amazing staff and wonderful live music. Highly recommend this place!」
