「Wonderful stay」

「Surprisingly big unit and in a good location. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. Car park was very convenient. Quite well equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave etc. 」

「Nicely appointed room, very clean and new. There was an in-room washer/dryer machine and a kitchenette. This “residence” is located inside the Banyan Tree Hotel through the same main entrance but a different check in process. You have to call the property managers and someone will come down and bring you up to their office located on a different floor. It was slightly surprising but completely professional and easy. The manager that checked us in gave me his WhatsApp number in case I had any...

「This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.」
