「The view was A+ The outside needs a major tidy up, and could do with safety rails for stairs The rats like to talk about 3am, turning on TV helps them shut up The girls all seen a ghost, on all 3 nights, they were justing saying hi, house could do with a sage. 「The tiny home was perfectly fine, amenities were good, and the bunny watching from the window was very cute. However the email that arrived just prior to check-in that advised the use of earplugs to block the sound of traffic and trains…well it was good advice, but arrived a little too late. 「We had a great stay at the Kakanui Cube. The house is well-designed, modern, clean, with all the amenities you need (laundry, sharp knives, comfortable bed, plenty of space). We slept so well with the sea air nearby, and woke up early each morning to catch the magnificent sunrises. Equally enjoyable are the sunsets — the way Kakanui is situated you can enjoy both over the ocean. The house is in a rural area so WiFi bandwidth can be an issue — it may not be practical to expect to be on zoom calls...

「We booked the house for my birthday. My plan was to relax and have some quality time with family and our two dogs. The location is spectacular and the house was warm, clean and very thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were great, from stove to coffee machine. The one and only disappointment was the tv, but who needs a tv being in such a beautiful spot! A huge bonus point I want to give for friendliness, responsiveness and great communication with the owner/manager! Well done! We’ll be back!」

「 We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The location could not be better with direct beach access and fantastic views.
