「Nice condo. The view was terrific. There were some issues that we reported to the property manager (microwave fan never stops, master bath sink is pulling away from the wall, and there is potential for a leak in the 2nd bathroom...grout is pulling away from the bathtub). None affected our stay. The shower in the master bath is quite small and it can be dangerous stepping out as you have to step down and there is an optical illusion with the tile of the shower and the floor. 「My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?」
