Your Journey Starts with a Stress-Free Drive
Unlike many mountain rentals, our cottage is easily accessible with well-paved roads—no scary switchbacks or steep climbs to worry about. You’ll find us just off Dixon Branch Rd, about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the main Smoky Mountains National Park entrance.

Unwind, Relax, and Reconnect
After a day of exploring, kick back in our 90-jet hot tub with a calming waterfall feature. Challenge your group to a friendly game of Cornhole on the deck, grill your favorite meals on the charcoal grill, or simply soak in the peace and quiet from our spacious backyard.

Inside, cozy up by the electric fireplace in the living room, read a book, or dive into nostalgia with our Super Nintendo and collection of retro games and movies.

Just Right
Rented this house for a long weekend and soccer tournament. The location was a perfect 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes from the soccer complex. The house was the perfect size for our family. Our kids enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.

Hubby and I had a wonderful stay! It checked all the boxes! Tucked away neatly in the hills, quiet&peaceful! Super clean and adorably decorated. Couch and beds were comfy! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice place
This is a nice home. Just far enough away from the busy towns. We were about 20 minutes from Dollywood. The house was nice and clean. It had most of the essentials you would need. We brought our dog and he did well, there were a couple kongs for him to play with and we saw a dog bowl but we brought his bowl with us. The neighbors dogs did bark every morning around 3am but it did not seem to last long. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was nice. My daughter could not wait to get back and get in the hot tub. Overall we had a nice time. Martin was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. to play with

Little cottage in country
Its really out in the country. Your travel time to a good store is about 30 minutes but its quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub but not all the jets were working. I wish it would have had a clothes washer and drier but we had plenty with us. Over all it was peaceful and quiet. The wifi really reeked but my cell phone had good signal. If you are looking for peace and quiet which i was its a good place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was fast to communicate and answer questions.

The worst experience I've ever had... the photos don't show the reality, the beds are dirty, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is really dirty. The old house smells like damp drainage and to top it all off, there's an excavator working on your window at 8 in the morning. You rent a place even if they are working on it, very annoying. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

This place is a must! The front porch is so peaceful.
Martin was fantastic! The communication was amazing. We had absolutely no issues with this home. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean, shower and floors were clean. Martin messaged me about a storm coming to give us a heads up. It knocked out the power for a couple hours but we had a blast dancing in the rain and sitting in the hot tub. I really enjoyed the front porch. Listening to the rain or the birds chirping with no traffic in sight. The home is convenient to everywhere. We went to Dollywood everyday so it was about 20 mins (which is expected traffic in that area). The Mountain Views on the way to the home were beautiful. This place is well worth the money. We stayed for 6 nights and never had a dull moment. Thank you Martin for being such a great host!! We will definitely be booking again for our Christmas vacation.

Nice little cottage
Very pretty cottage that is rather peaceful (aside from the neighbors getting rather active at times). The WiFi is not the best and it makes watching TV challenging, but that was in the description. Very comfortable place to rest between activities and the hot tub was very nice. The host was attentive and quick to respond. No major issues. I am considering staying again this fall.

Nice place to stay and is as advertised
This was a nice property to stay on. The hot tub was enjoyable, the porch was very peaceful, the kitchen was spacious, the rooms were all plenty big, and all of the amenities were as advertised. We stayed with our dog on the property and it was set up perfect for having him along! The location was nice. A little further from some of the main areas than we originally thought, but nothing unreasonable. Highly recommend Fox Fire adventures Park nearby as well. Communication with the host was prompt and detailed. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend stay

Great getaway or break spot for long distance travel
Good location cool spot perfect jacuzzi weather. Limited space because downstairs was not available to us and so it de the place significantly smaller but we spent a lot of time outside anyways. :) enjoyable for sure!

Anniversary Trip
Pros: location is great, about 20-30 mins from everything, but not a mountain view. Close enough for door dash/food deliveries if you don’t want to go out for food. Decorated very cute. Covered area to park your car. TVs in room and living room with lots of viewing options. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had very nice porches, had a privacy wall for the hot tub. Cons: The neighbors 4 or 5 large dogs barked the entire time we were there, all day, and all night. Which I understand the cabin rental had no control over. The beds had clots of human hair all over them and one had something white dried on it and both had food stains, I don’t think they were washed from last visitors. Beds and couch was the only thing that was unclean, the couch smelled bad. The rest of the house was very clean! No washer and dryer, I would have liked to been able to wash the bed clothes myself. The one reason I chose the rating I did is due to the cameras. They were recording while we were there, I have blink cameras myself and I am familiar with the light status. You have to use the back door to get in and out of the hot tub which is where the camera is located. We didn’t get into the hot tub because of the cameras. I personally just don’t like having cameras somewhere I’m staying like that and having someone I don’t know watch my every move especially if I’m going to and from the hot tub in a bathing suit. I would have liked a warning there was cameras and wish they’d been off after arrival.

My wife and I had a very positive experience at this cottage for our honeymoon. The cottage was clean, well-kept and comfortable. Also not far from tourist attractions such as Dollywood and Gatlinburg. A great outdoor view as well. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
