「The rooms were beautifully presented with traditional furnishings that complemented the very aged architecture. The breakfast was an excellent range of foods in a lovely setting in the courtyard. The staff were incredibly helpful in rearranging our rooms so that my disabled wife could enjoy accommodation that suited her needs.」

「Huge room, excellent location, food was excellent. Had to call someone at 5.30am to get the gates open to get my car out. So if you park at the hotel car park remember to tell them if you are leaving early as we didnt. The old fella was very helpful and looked tired, but still got out his bed to open the gate. Definitely stay here again」

「Sehr gemütliches Zimmer, schöner Innenhof, in dem wir gefrühstückt haben und wo wir abends gemütlich sitzen konnten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber (mit freundlichem Hund und neugieriger Katze). Das Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr hochwertig. Von der Unterkunft ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer (Strand oder Dünen). Parken kann man in der Nähe der Unterkunft.」

「First, the owner was extremely dedicated to service and extraordinarily helpful. Thank you for the welcome items and for your overall hospitality. The home is exactly as described in words and pictures. Everything needed is supplied for you. Beds were comfy, shower had adequate pressure and hot water did not run out. Property is secure with multiple locks, but the area is nice and safe. The location is absolutely perfect as a base for all things DDay and beyond. If we ever have the opportunity...

「Room was warm, stuffy and dampy and poorly ventilated. Skipped breakfast due to poor amenities, went to local bakershop due to poor amenitie. Kind staff tried their best. Will never go back. Best Western at its worst.」

「Mooie locatie, dicht bij het strand en voorzieningen. Wel op de 1e etage en een erg kleine badkamer. Op het toilet zit je schuin, maar dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. 」

「Vlak bij het strand. Goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding. Schoon. Compleet uitgerust. Wel erg klein ( zolderetage) 2e verdieping geen verlichting op de smalle franse trap!」

「Zozo, douche, keuken en slaspkamer waren schoon, maar absoluut verouderd en kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Slecht, oncomfortabele stoelen op terras en geen parasol, terwijl de zon vol op het huis. Matras heeft een enorme kuil... boven onder het dak zijn nog 2 bloedhete slaapkamers waar je ongeveer gehurkt naar toe moet. Steile trap. Kortom, kijk verder.」

「Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Mit einem Rollstuhl ist sie etwas eng, aber mit einem Rolllator kommt man gut zurecht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Strand und die Promenade sind sehr gut und in 5 Minuten erreichbar. 」
