「My wife and I rented this apartment for 12 days to get some idea of what it would feel like to live in Montepulciano. It was a great experience. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it has good air conditioning. The apartment is spacious for two people, with simple furnishings and decorations, that were everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal, with parking a short walk away.」

「This is a wonderful studio apartment for one person. Roberto has thought of everything. Whenever I was looking around for some thing, I then found it. The communication with Roberto was incredible even when he was in another country the first couple of days that I arrived. Unfortunately Was sick and as soon as he and his wife returned, they were so kind and helpful. It is very quiet location」

「très bien !! parfait 」

「We loved Bologna, and apartment made it so nice to be there. Kids loved it too. Communication was excellent and lots of information to help with our visit. Location was central so easy to walk around. Huge apartment with kitchen and washing machine. As we were travelling around Italy this helped so much. We would definitely stay there again.」

「We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one.」

Very irresponsible services and unhealthy stay

"I never satyed in such a discomfort and bad hotels. Starting from the check-in to check-out so irresponsible. I had to change the rooms twice, not cleaned and ventilation is not good. The reception staffs are not helpful, you can rarely found the staffs to listen your issues or request. Even for hot water you need to pay and come down to the Bar and wait till they come. Nothing positive to say. I had to stay for my business anyway. I'll recommend not to consider this hotel if you are peace-loving and expect hassle free stay. Thoung you pay a lot but service is very poor."
