「We had a wonderful time at Villa Langka. The location was excellent with friendly staff that solved any problems quickly There were multiple spaces to cater for 2 families or 4 couples. It was nestled at the end of a lane way which made it quiet but still close enough to walk for daily massages and restaurants. Gojek was our friend for transport and food. The large pool was well utilised by all in our group. 」

「Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC」
