N2( renovated whole house) white contemporary duplex house offers modern elegant and comfort for discerning vacation traveler. The house located center of the city takes 5 mins to Seoul station subways. The entire house has been lusciously revamped with bright and artful ease of NewYorker vibe and touch of Korean detail. The home consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equip kitchen with a delightful marble dinning table, a mezzanine and a sofa area.

N2 white contemporary house, newly renovated duplex near Seoul Station, offers modern elegant and comfort for discerning vacation traveler. The entire house has been lusciously revamped with bright and artful ease of New Yorker vibe and touch of Korean aesthetic.

N2 originated from the first house Nook (Authentic but Modern Experience N) which has won 2016 architecture award and 2015 Beautiful house by Seoul City Major; offers less of authentic characteristics but definitely more cheerful stay for larger parties of guests.

The house features 2 floors plus a mezzanine over looking the dinning area on the second floor (the gem of N2!). Each floor has its own toilet and shower room (2 bathrooms total) for the convenience of the guests.

The space and amenities accommodate four guests comfortably and up to eight guests when necessary. You will love your stay in N2!

The main dinning area is the heart of the home. Located on the second floor opening with its spectacular 5meter high ceiling. It features 2.4meter marble dining table with fully equipped open kitchen, Kartell mirror lamp, Andy Warhol skateboard and pink mirror by Kartell and a terrace! Second floor is where you can have a morning read by the sofa next to an expended wall of window, and wine after a long tour of Seoul in the dinning area.

The first floor, the master bedroom offers a king size bed with 50 TV. The guest room feathers two super single beds, both rooms consist of romantically exposed wooden high ceilings, which were preserved for 85 years when it was first built. Also available for your convenience, washer/dryer near the separated toilet and the shower room.

Great location but not for the one with limited mobility
The owner , Sunny, was great. She was reachable very easily. The location of the property was great, near Seoul station, however, if you have a person with mobility issues , this place can be challenging. The dining room and the second bath room were on the second floor, and there are narrow stairs. From Seoul station to the property, even though it wasn’t far, it was very steep. We worked out just from that. Two people had some knee issues, so it was little tough. But if you don’t have any physical issues, it is a great place to stay.

Great stay near Seoul Station
A nice little property halfway up the hill from Seoul Station to Baekbeom Plaza, which was pretty comfortable for me and two family (all adults). There's a nice, 6-seat dining room table, but lounge seating is limited in the winter to the pull-out loveseat- there's another comfy-looking loveseat and a cafe table on the patio that will be lovely in summer. Stairs are required for entry from street level, and to access kitchen area.Host is very responsive and English instructions were clear. Neighborhood benefits as of early 2025 include several local indie coffee places, a convenient 7-11, and a lovely Italian-fusion bar just downstairs.We'd definitely stay here again.

Great, easy stay
The owner was very communicative. The place was clean. I would argue eight people would have a hard time staying in the house. Nonetheless, it had everything we needed. Stairs are quite steep so be careful!

Brought my family on our first visit to Seoul Korea and chose to stay in this beautiful home located in a nice quite local neighbourhood. We were walking distances to Seoul station, Namdemoon, and Myeongdong. Our host Sunny was amazing, arranged a cab to pick us up from ICN airport to and from the house. Always answered within the day any questions we had. I had the chance to go for a 1.9km run up to Seoul Tower via Namsan trail which was literally around the corner!

Great location, great host
I enjoyed our stay, the location is great, Short Uber rides to many tourist attractions. Walking distance to Seoul Tower, a great morning walk(work out) if you like. Sunny is accommodating and responsive, helping my wife to confirm her hair appointment.

This is a terrific apartment with two nice bedrooms downstairs and space to sleep several others upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. We found it to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Perfect location in Seoul!
The property was perfectly located within walking distance from Seoul station which made site seeing and traveling through Korea much easier. The 2 story property is clean and spacious. Management was very responsive replying within minutes of requests we made. The 8 of us made excellent use of the full kitchen utilizing Lotte mart at Seoul station for groceries. Would definitely stay again! Sleeping arrangements were easy with the kids and teens upstairs and the adults using downstairs bedrooms. beds in the downstairs bedrooms.

Great Location
Really enjoyed the stay at N2 for the week. Such a great location! Close to Seoul Station so very easy to get around the city to see all the sites, as well as catch the KTX and airport railroad trains. Great Place for our Family
We enjoyed this modern well kept place that was centrally located within Seoul with excellent subway access. Two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer set up were must haves for our family of 5 and this home provided those amenities. The beds were comfortable and the home was well furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The air conditioning in all areas kept us comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the property. The owner was very proactive and wanted to make sure we had what we needed and communicated very well. Sunny is a great host. Highly recommend!

Great Home and Sunny was the best host!
Our family found the home to be perfect for us. Everything was as described with the home, location and process. The thing that stood out to me most was our host, Sunny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Sunny helped us book a van from Incheon and back and even helped move times intra-trip. She was so gracious and even answered a couple of questions I had about the area that were totally unrelated to the rental. Our family's first trip to South Korea
The communication with Sunny prior to us arriving was excellent. She quickly responded to all my questions, from the time I finalized our booking (Jan '23) until our last days of stay (mid June). We booked a private van through her (she only does scheduling) which lessened the stress of arriving in a new country. The driver holds up a sign with your name right outside of Customs lol. We also scheduled the same service for our departure flight. Her property is in an ideal location, given that it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Seoul Station. It made traversing their subway system simpler - most of the other districts are within one train ride or one transfer away. There are so many restaurants within steps from the property.The nearest 7-11 is literally a "stones throw away"... I made the hike up to Namsan Seoul Tower every morning. We would walk down to Namdaemun Market to get some food or shop. The property itself was big enough to accommodate our family comfortably. We are a family of 5 (2 teenagers and 1 adult). The steps up to the property and the stairs inside are quite steep initially, but you get used to it. All the "creature comforts" of home are provided for you. And Sunny is just an email away, and now that you're in the same time zone as her, the responses come back in within minutes. Thank you Sunny for everything. It was truly a great experience and it will always be a part of our first family trip to Seoul.

Fantastic Apartment in a great Location
The apartment was fantastic - perfect for 2 adults and 2 grown up kids to use a base for exploring Seoul - and room for more! Location was ideal - easy walk from Seoul Station for arrival/ departures and access to Seoul metro for exploring Seoul - and walking distance to central Seoul - Namsan Park, Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong and much more. Lots of great restaurants close by and great facilities in the apartment to cater for a nigh in. Sunny was instant in her response to any quests we had and check-in and departure was very easy.

Wonderful restful sanctuary to see Seoul from!
My wife and I stayed in Sunny's lovely and artful home on our visit to Seoul, South Korea. We were there to visit with my son stationed there for a year. He took a train from his base to the Seoul Station, we took the train there from Incheon Intl. Airport, and we all relaxed and did our sight-seeing from this lovely, custom condo. This home is really just 10 minutes walk from Seoul Station (take Gate 10, btw), just to the east and up a hill. The accommodations were highest quality! The gracious attention to our every concern was rather astonishing! Our Hosts Sunny and her husband and their adult daughter speak excellent English, and were very helpful in getting is situated, oriented, and comfortable. There are two very nice bedrooms downstairs, as noted. The beds are on the firm side, but reasonably so. And, you have to be able to handle somewhat steep stairs. My wife and I are in our 60's, and had no problems with the stairs. In addition to the downstairs bedrooms (that can sleep 4), there is a sunroom with a small fold-out couch, a loft accessed by a ladder from the kitchen area, a new, full-size washer and dryer set (top quality, again), custom bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, and a *NEW* full-sized, top quality refrigerator. There is also a lovely balcony deck (teak wood?) accessed from the dining area as well. Everything was very, very clean and comfortable! The home has radiant heat in the floors that are managed through the owners' smart devices. We stayed 12 full days, could have comfortably stayed longer, and I would definitely stay there again if we return. We would highly recommend this residence to any visitor to Seoul - especially if you are an American like me that doesn't speak the language and needs some pointers from hosts who understand you perfectly! ;-)

Really worked well for our family
Sunny was beyond accommodating, the kitchen was a lovely, roomy space to chat after a day's exploration, super close to public transportation hub and several good restaurants within 10 minute's walk. My kids really liked the loft and the bathrooms were modern and very comfortable. We left our kids one evening to go to dinner with no qualms as the accommodations felt very safe. Could hike up Namsan out the door. Seoul is a truly lovely place to visit as the people are SO polite and charming and Sunny was no exception. She is very willing to help make the arrival and departure days as comfortable as possible. I wish we could have stayed even longer. Comfortable beds and full size w/d. Quality hiardryer.
