「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.」

「We enjoyed our stay here - although parking was a huge challenge. The unit came as advertised and was in a great location. We did a self check in, so no need to connect directly with the property manager. However she was a bit slow to respond on check in day when we needed assistance with the wifi. Elle est bien équipée pour cuisiner et se sentir comme à la maison (four, grille-pain, machine à café Dolce Gusto, frigo américain, lave-vaiselle, machine à laver et sèche-linge..), table de ping-pong, piscine ... Cette maison devait être exceptionnelle à sa construction. C'est dommage quelle mange d'entretien (volets roulants bloqués, les plombs ont sautés tous les jours, porte du garage dure à ouvrir, piscine vieillissante, literie...
