It is all about the view. Sit and relax on your private deck just feet from the water. Ideal for fishing and crabbing.
One bedroom queen bed, cottage includes WiFi and parking. Full kitchen. Coffee maker, microwave. Cottage also has washer and dryer. 2 smart TVs. You are welcome to fish or crab off the dock or even use firepit and tiki torches for a cozy fire in the evening. Cottage also has air conditioning with 2 wall units. Bedroom closet has stackable washer/dryer.
Also propane grill on waterfront deck with table and chairs.
Well behaved furry friends are welcome with additional fee.

Long weekend get away!
Perfect location! Great house with everything you need for your stay. Quiet street and neighborhood. Watched the boats go by, fished, sat outside and relaxed. Close enough for a couple of day trips to Montauk and Jones Beach! We will be back!

One Night Getaway
We stayed here for a night while attending a concert at Jones Beach. It was the perfect quiet getaways for us and the two pups. The space is cozy, but had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor area was well set up on the water for a relaxing time. Michael was also very accommodating and extremely responsive, often responding within a few minutes. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Horrible experience. NOT safe.
I was in NY for surgery and the horrible experience I had with this owner made it a nightmare. Neither the back glass door nor the windows in the bedroom would lock. The front door lock also malfunctioned and would say it was locked but still be openable. I’m a woman there alone and did not feel safe especially because the back door wasn’t even locked when I arrived and there’s no gate that secured the place. It’s a dingy old house and these things happen but instead of resolving the issue, the owner said I was lying and won’t refund. I didn’t even stay there more than an hour. Vrbo and I both reached out to him and got no response until hours later when I had already gone to a hotel. It was night and I had to call 5 hotels before I found one with availability. There were also chunks of dirt and white stains on the bed and something spilled all over the sink. After leaving the hospital, I couldn’t afford to go find a hotel because he won’t refund my money so I slept in my car. Not an honest or even decent person.

This property was perfect for us. Had a lot of family events going on in a week. Busy week but it was great to come back to the cottage and relax and unwind. Food markets, restaurants all close and easy to get to. Ideal place for visiting from the south. Thank you again

Harbor Hideaway
A quaint cottage with old world charm. It was cozy and welcoming the kitchen, those small, is functional. The amazing part of the cottage is the outdoor living space it invites you to sit and enjoy the gentle lapping of waves against the dock. We spent most of our time sitting outside, enjoying, watching the boats, go by and all the beautiful flowers that are planted around the seating area. We would definitely stay there again

Lovely property on the canal. Sitting outside was nice. At the end of a long day I like to relax and watch the news or something. The television set up is awful. THe bedroom tv was basically useless for watching anything. Other than that, it was a convenient and relaxing place to stay.

A cozy peaceful cottage
This little cottage on an inlet was a getaway but oh so close to everything you'd want or need! Michael was a great host, quickly answering questions and his directions were perfect. Immaculately cleaned..thank you Jeanne! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. A true value in an era where they are tough to find. Although I was on Long Island partly for business, the evenings and mornings sitting out on the deck made it feel like a 100% vacation. So quiet!

If you ever stayed in Fire Island this has the same feel. Nothing fancy here but super chill. Mike our host is a awesome dude. If you like fancy stay away, not for you. If you like simple laid back, you found your spot!

The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them. Location is convenient to grocery stores and drugstores and a variety of restaurants. The best part besides the location is that I could have my best, furry friend with me

Cute cottage, very clean! Right on the canal complete with little beach, firepit, outdoor grill, lounge chairs, etc. Cottage was comfortable, well maintained. Nice little touches everywhere. Quiet area, great for relaxation! Would definitely go back!!!

First off the Host Michael was amazing. Second the location and serenity of the creek was outstanding. If you are looking to layout in the sun bbq and have a couple of drinks this cozy place is it. Laid about 7 hours each day I was there absolutely perfect. Plus if you get a little bore you could feed all the ducks and swan

Great/ easy communication with host
The host was very responsive for us and easy to coordinate with. Plenty of options for food/ drink near by. Neighborhood was pleasantly quiet/ peaceful in March when we were there, so relaxing by the water was enjoyable.
