「Cozy, 3-story, pet-friendly, and clean. Walkable to town and quiet area on tidal pond. Great furnishings and amenities as described. Ample parking for two. Steps to second and third floors are steep and narrow as expected for a home this age.」

「This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. 」

「My sister and I hosted a girls’ weekend with 15 friends. Chelsi’s house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! We had an amazing weekend in NH! 」
