「The cottage was in a lovely quiet location. It was very cosy. You felt right at home as soon as you walked through the door. Everything was very clean and tidy and well presented. 「What an amazing cottage this is, we are looking forward to a return visit, such a quite place only a couple of minutes away from the village square, lots of places to eat, pubs, restaurants, cafe etc we enjoyed a trip to Skipton and then just stayed in and enjoyed the log fire, would recommend.」

「We had a great few days staying at this lovely cottage in Grassington. Log burner keeps it cosy and all the equipment you need to self cater is provided. Very comfortable bed. The cottage is very convenient for the village centre, with it's cafes, pubs and takeaways. Many walks straight from the door. We'd certainly like to stay here again! 」

「The cottage was ideal for our stay in Yorkshire. Great location ... nice and quiet in a pretty village with a lovely nature reserve and decent pub. Easy reach of the Dales, Ripon, York, Harrogate and Fountains Abbey. Easy check in with private parking. The windfall apples were a bonus! Warm and comfy, decent WiFi and TV that worked. We had a small problem with the toilet but Emma got it repaired swiftly and without a fuss. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy).」

「We chose this property because it's location allowed easy reach of York, Harrogate and sightseeing opportunities towards the North Yorks Moors. Lovely house in a quiet village. Generous rooms, great facilities. We were late in the season so didn't get a chance to use the outdoors areas but would be great in the summer. No issues, but where we had questions/requests the host responded almost immediately and came round if necessary. Highly recommended」

「Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... 「Croft cottage is in a fabulous location, with plenty of local countryside walks. The cottage itself is much bigger than the photos suggest I think, and the kitchen is particularly cosy. 「We had a lovely, if not too short stay in the very comfortable and well equipped large beautiful studio apartment in stunning grounds with fantastic views, along with secure on site parking and only a 15 minute walk into Addingham where we found a good choice of amenities and enjoyed some good food in The Fleece and The Swan Host Barbara was extremely welcoming, and informative, and the welcome pack of the basic essentials went down a treat.
