From the moment we arrived, our experience at SpringHill Suites Richmond Hill was top-notch. Del greeted us with such warmth and even got us checked in early, which was a huge plus! We were traveling with our dog and were thrilled to receive the cutest doggy welcome gift—such a thoughtful touch!
The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teens). The general manager, Denrick, went above and beyond by sending a personal text to check in on us during our stay—excellent customer service!
They were upfront about potential train noise, but honestly, we didn’t even notice it. Peaceful, pet-friendly, and packed with Southern hospitality… this hotel deserves every one of its five stars!
