不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Got to hotel and checked in with no problem. Went out and came back and trouble began with door lock not working. So they said they would switch us to another room. The room they tried to give us was a double queen ( not a king that we had). The room SMELLED like must and mildew and i couldn't spend five minutes that room because of my asthma. They then switched us to another room . Right next to the pool ( which wouldn't have been bad ) but there was one group of people who were i the pool from around noon u til the pool closed that day. They were loud (screaming and yelling) and playing loud music all day long. And when we asked about some kind of compensation they said they could only give us some reward points because we had booked thru Expedis.! Now come on ! Doesn't the hotel have some say as to what goes on at their hotel? Not sure i will ever use Expdia or Comfort Inn again. What good does it do to use a web site like Expedia when something happens nothing is done!
