The night of the Dec 13th my High School Team and my family stayed the night. The room beside my wife was also the room above me. There was an incredible level of noisy coming from the room above me. I called down to the front desk and ask the hotel to deal with it, but they did not, so I went to speak with the occupants, and I found 3 incredibly intoxicated individuals. It was clear that they were so impaired that they had no ability to self manage their conduct. I then went in person to speak with the manager and as their security personal was not on site. This was around 1:30 am. The manager told them they had to leave and one of the occupants, the most impaired came out and made physical contact with me. I escorted him to the lobby and his fellow room mate came won to the lobby as well I escorted the person most impaired outside, and his friend also went outside. They tried to re-enter the lobby, and I had to hold the door close. Around then the Security personal returned from a shuttle run. I then returned to my room, but one individual remained in the room, and it seemed as if the others were allowed back in based on the continued noise. Around 2:30 the RCMP arrived and removed the occupants. I had to stay the following night as well and it was uneventful. I have spoken with the general manager, and they offer very little in in compensation for the trouble and lack of peace for my room and my family’s room. I declined what they offered so that I would feel free to voice
