TL;DR: As a family with young children, I would not go back to this place. But if I was still in my 20s and looking for a place to crash with friends, I would, for the right price.
Location is the best thing about this place. It's across the street from Beach Access #9. It's close enough to the village (restaurants and shops) to walk, although we drove.
Amenities were good. Love the pool and nice to have carts & gear to take to the beach.
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were really dirty with food crumbs, hairs, visible wrappers behind furniture etc. Thankfully Roberto was extremely quick to reply & cleaned the floor right away. But still, when paying the amount I did for 3 nights, I expect clean floors.
Bed Comfort: Purely subjective, but the beds were awful. Extremely firm mattress. A foam topper would be nice.
Shower: The shower is remodeled and was very clean. But the shower head was infuriatingly bad. The water pressure is extremely slow in the shower. It takes forever to wash long hair. I had to fill little cups of water and use that to wash off my hair. It's also a chore to get sandy little kids showered with this sparse and slow flow.
Overall Maintenance: The place looks like it was recently remodeled, but not frequently maintained. Examples: Broken outlet plate within toddlers reach, very dirty air filter, nasty dishwasher filter, window locks broken, faulty deadbolt, stinky smell coming from the fridge exhaust.
