The restaurant is great. The restaurant staff are excellent. The location is perfect. The front desk staff in the morning were good. The AC in the room was noisy and there was a water leak in the room above mine that was making a noise, and I told the front desk guy and it must have been fixed because the noise stopped. The WiFi works quite well.
However, this is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and we asked not to be disturbed in the room. My husband works remotely all day and sometimes works until midnight. Since the pandemic, we have avoided having the cleaners come to clean the room every day. We explained all this to the front desk, and even so, in the evening, 3 people from the hotel showed up without having called my room beforehand, to see if everything was okay. I understand that they are supposed to check on guests - however, my husband and I were seen every morning at breakfast, and I left and returned to the hotel daily - so it was obvious that we were fine. When they came to my room at night (around 9pm), my husband was in an online meeting, and I had just taken a shower, and I had to open the door in my pajamas. I don't know what it takes to have the "do not disturb" request respected.
