「This apartment is lovely and in a great location. The management staff are friendly and respond right away to requests and questions. It was a great space for my adult children and me. The only down side was that the heat wasn't working and it was unusually chilly in Santa Barbara during our stay. The property manager responded right away with space heaters, which we truly appreciated. Other than that, the stay was fantastic. 」

「Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara.」

「We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. 「My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The main purpose was beach hopping - Carpinteria, Santa Claus, East Beach. This was a perfect middle ground! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and spacious for us. Host communicated via text and was quick and responsive. Highly recommend!」

Unlike many vacation rentals, it has every little thing you need for everyday life. Kitchen fully stocked so you don't have to run out and buy ziploc bags or cooking oil... laundry detergent, replacement light bulbs, boogie board and beach chairs... you name it. It's all there. 「Clean bright well stocked unit in ideal location for enjoying Santa Barbara. Walk to almost everywhere and plenty of restaurants easily accessible. The unit is also quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. We will stay here again I am sure. And the communication from the host is a plus as well.」
