Newly renovated Carriage House one king bed (brand new Casper mattress), full kitchen and private bath. One block from Camp Watercolor Pool. Includes 2 bikes and 1 parking spot as well as all the Watercolor amenities. We are located very close to Seaside, Watercolor & Grayton shops and restaurants. Come be our guest at C’est Sea Bon!

This carriage house has TV, cable and Wi-Fi. Two bikes provided for easy commuting around the area or biking the 19 mile bike trail along 30A.

Wristbands for all the community amenities are included in the amenity fee. These amenities include:

- Newly constructed beach club with multiple dining options, three swimming pools and beach access with a beach bar. The Beach Club pool options include an adult-only pool.

- Camp Watercolor including a kids' zero-entry pool, large slide, lazy river, full bar, and Canteen (snack bar/lunch options), playground, basketball court and sports field.

-Three additional pools located within the community.

- Multiple docks accessing Western Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, with kayaks and paddle boards for rent.

- Expansive trail system meandering through the community and along the lake.

- Outstanding tennis facility which include Har-Tru HydroCourts, Pickleball courts and Pro shop offering drills, lessons and court time for an additional fee.

This carriage house comfortably sleeps 2 adults

**PLEASE NOTE: The adjacent, but not attached, main house is the private residence of the owners/manager(2 full-time residents). The carriage house is located above a garage.

This was the perfect carriage house for my husband and my ani getaway! It’s the best vacation rental I have ever been to and it’s because of the great pride the owners put into the experience. Absolutely perfect
This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!

Amazing. Can't beat it.
A perfect location. Steps away from Camp Watercolor and inclusive of all of the Watercolor amenities. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and Pam was an excellent host. We stayed here during Spring break and didn't want to leave! I can go on and on, but the point is, if you're on the fence about where to stay in Seaside/Watercolor, go ahead and pick Pam's place...you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time. The carriage house was perfect. It’s near everything, very comfortable bed, small kitchen with stove full size refrigerator, Keurig, dishwasher, microwave all the essentials. Totally enjoyed our stay and had a super relaxing week! Everything was as described and we were supplied beach chairs and towels. We were able to cook breakfast every morning and then go out and explore our surroundings. Lovely community and location is perfect for everything we needed.

Amazing Getaway!
The carriage house was exactly how it was described online! It was perfect for my fiancé and I for the long weekend. The location was great, just a short bike ride from so many fun activities. The watercolor beach club was a nice amenity, as we spent much of our time there. Pam was quick to answer and questions we had and she provided great recommendations. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed, and then some. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit!

The most relaxing beach trip ever!
We enjoyed our trip so much and loved Pam and Jim’s carriage house. They were so accommodating when our flight plans changed and allowed us to check in early. We were in Seaside celebrating our anniversary and the carriage house was perfect. Pam and Jim were so thoughtful with their instructions for guests and the amenities provided including the bikes that we rode every day. We will definitely stay here again when it’s just the two of us needing a break from real life!

Wonderful Place to Stay!
This property is great. My wife and I did a quick, weekend anniversary trip. The room is wonderful and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Pam was easy to communicate with and very kind. The fact that this property comes with wrist bands for the resort amenities was wonderful. We loved the private beach access, all of the pools, the restaurants, and the lazy river. It’s a nice, quiet area that’s easy to navigate. We plan to go back!

Serene and Stunning!
We traveled to the 30A for the first time ever for our anniversary. The owners were very kind and had helpful insights about the area, which is absolutely lovely! I am so pleased that we chose Watercolor. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with nature trails throughout. They provided bikes to use while there, which were a lot of fun to get around on. Everything we wanted or needed was close by. The carriage house was exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and will definitely return!
