「Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. The location in San Felipe de Agua was further away from the downtown area than we anticipated. It took 20-30 minutes to travel to Zocalo, and taxis cost more like 100 pesos...

「The home is in a residential neighborhood, but is a peaceful place to relax after exploring el centro. 「Great flat, had all necessities including iron and hair dryer. There’s a fab restaurant in the Main Street just around the corner called Del Chef. Biggest market in Oaxaca takes place here in the Zocolo on Sunday. The apartment is a little far out of Oaxaca central, 45 mins in taxi or an hour on the bus. Rudy is very on the ball, answers all questions and gives useful tips.」
