「Everything was wonderful. The only thing was we had to leave early (6:30am) on the day we left and were told someone would come help us with our bags but no one came. Usually this would be okay but the stairs were too steep for us with our luggage to do on our own. 」

「I love the location and the amenities that this places has to offer. It was easy to schedule a massage or anything you needed with the concierge. The food in the restaurant was delicious and always prepared fresh, and the rooms were breathtaking. I will definitely return soon. 」

「Beautiful property and resort. Food and drinks were very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lacking a fitness gym and shuttle to the town. Without the shuttle you have 1 tuk-tuk for the entire hotel guests, or you can walk on a very, very, rugged and hard to walk road, up a steep hill, and down a very steep hill with traffic and no shoulder for safety. At first it seemed that the location was too busy, but the hotel has a beautiful backyard/garden which makes you forget that you're right in the center. Excellent service! 「Very clean hotel with very nice front desk woman that spoke great English and helped coordinate a private boat for 6 of us to take to an Airbnb across the lake. We only stayed one night but I’d definitely recommend for a longer period of time. The rooms aren’t huge but they are nice and the grounds are pretty, well kept and you feel safe.」

「This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake.
