The hotel is in excellent conditions! Very clean, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable, there’s a pool and nice sitting areas to enjoy the view of the mountains. It’s a bit noisy at night w the trucks passing by but if you’re on that side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the ladies are very nice. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a very modern and clean hotel with good parking. Everybody was very nice and the hotel is very new and modern. The only negative thing is that the street is very busy and loud and the windows are not well insulated so when you have a room toward the street, it gets pretty loud. They have a small pool and a nice breakfast is included. We liked that the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from the Cathedral and main plaza. Except for the noise level in our room, the hotel has one of the best standard we have seen in El Salvador.

The staff are nice. The lobby is decorated warm and cozy. The hotel room is the complete opposite. It is dark and the walls are grey and gave prison vibes. The entire time the wifi was not working and we had the switch rooms because our original room was too far to connect. We switched rooms but again the wifi wouldn’t work somedays. DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST. It is awful, poor quality and is all microwaved. As we were sitting, waiting for breakfast, we can see and hear all the food being microwaved. It looked and tasted horrendous. The hotel is right by the street so you hear all the traffic and cars honking. Truthfully go anywhere but here.

I place great value both on cleanliness and on the staff’s friendliness and competence. Hotel Remfort is absolutely excellent on these terms. All three of the front-desk workers whom I encountered during my 2-night stay were very friendly, highly competent, and knowledgeable about Santa Ana. This boutique hotel is sleek and stylish and is an ideal walking distance from the central square. I am already wanting to return to this hotel — and the lovely small city of Santa Ana — as soon as I am able to! Thank you, Hotel Remfort!
