「We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. Later that day waiting for the elevators to go up took so long and the elevator cars were so packed . Our phone in the room was not working either we...
