「Hi, the staff were very friendly—no complaints about that. The room service was always prompt; however, the public swimming pool is located at the hotel. It’s very disgusting and poorly maintained. White debris, hair, and murky water are throughout the pool and the hot tub. It caused a rash to break out all over my body. Sadly, I did not want to go to the pool again, and the pool looked very dirty given the price of this stay and the all-inclusive package. I would expect more to be offered; food...

「The most attractive feature is the fact that the hotel is adjacent to the beach. The restaurant is outdoors so you have a beautiful view of the beach plus the food as well as the drinks are good. On the weekends, there is a DJ and live music. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Also, the rooms are clean. I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel and its location is very convenient in el Condado area.」

「This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood.
