「I liked my stay. The staff was really helpful. Location is really good and amenities were in good conditions.」

「The location is perfect—very close walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. However, the property itself needs a deep cleaning and the rooms are basic, Red Roof Inn quality at best. Definitely not worth the price. Most of the staff were useless, except for the wonderful lady who helped us with our bags and multiple other thing. She was the highlight of the service.」

Upon check-in, I was charged a $75 incidental fee, yet the condition of the room suggested that multiple “incidents” had already occurred and had not been properly addressed. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not match the photos advertised online.Additionally, the room did not have basic amenities such as a blow dryer or iron. The toilet clogged repeatedly during my stay, creating an ongoing inconvenience. I contacted the front desk several times...
