「The staff was super friendly, comfortable rooms and the rooftop bar/restaurant was a great way to end a wonderful stay in SJU.」

「Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again...

「I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a big property designed very nicely. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is lovely with fresh lighting. It’s a fun hotel where the music is loud but they shut off the music around 9 pm. The walk to the beach is over an overpass you have to cross but it’s really no big deal. The beach is nice and more quiet. Great if you have an early flight and need to get to the airport, very close. 」

「Amazing stay, the service was outstanding!! Highly recommended if you want to be close to Old San Juan. The room was so clean and the ocean view was the best thing in the hotel.」

「Very cute space. We loved the patio and seatings. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only had some small issues with parking but staff was able to help out. Overall a good place to stay」
