「Hi, the staff were very friendly—no complaints about that. The room service was always prompt; however, the public swimming pool is located at the hotel. It’s very disgusting and poorly maintained. White debris, hair, and murky water are throughout the pool and the hot tub. It caused a rash to break out all over my body. Sadly, I did not want to go to the pool again, and the pool looked very dirty given the price of this stay and the all-inclusive package. I would expect more to be offered; food...

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and nice. The cleaning lady on floor 8 for us was fantastic and had amazing recommendations. So did the staff at the front door. We had issues checking in. We were told our room was ready but then ended up waiting over an hour for a room inspection. It was quite frustrating after traveling. They offered us the pool and bar while we waited but we wanted to get to our room to change and decompress before doing so. That was pretty frustrating. They did...

「We enjoyed the hotel. Everyone was wonderful and the place and room was clean and good breakfast! The only thing that I was not too happy was the pool it was small more like seat back relax not to swim in.」

「The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.」
