「The most attractive feature is the fact that the hotel is adjacent to the beach. The restaurant is outdoors so you have a beautiful view of the beach plus the food as well as the drinks are good. On the weekends, there is a DJ and live music. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Also, the rooms are clean. I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel and its location is very convenient in el Condado area.」

「This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood. 「Absolutely great location but unfortunately that was the biggest thing they had going. The whole -have to ring a ring doorbell camera EVERYTIME you want to enter the hotel - is beyond frustrating. Sometimes you have to ring it 2/3 times before anyone answers. It’s a city of night life, if I’m coming in at 2am I don’t want to wait on a dark street for someone to wake up, ask me what I need and let me in. Not once in 5 days was anybody at all sitting at the front desk. The room was nice but the...
