It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed

Very quaint old San Juan in look and feel. While not the most modern it was good for an overnight stay. The tv was a smart tv and did not have cable for espn or other channels. The room was very clean.

Before our arrival we received a message that the street in front of the hotel was closed due to "emegency street repairs." On our way from the hotel from the airport, our Uber driver informed us that access was extremely limited due to a huge festival and he would have to drop us a 1/2 hour walk from Old San Juan or at a festival bus stop. He dropped us at the bus stop and we eventually found a taxi to take us to with a couple blocks of the hotel. There was extremely limited access in and out of OSJ for the entire time of our anticipated stay. We asked to speak to a manager to discuss shortening our stay due to traffic difficulties and he never got back to us. All the information we received about transportation was incorrect. We left the following day and had to walk a mile and a half with our luggage to the Port to find a taxi. Never saw any evidence of "street repairs." Very poor communication and incorrect information from staff. Staff acted unconcerned and disinterested and management never contacted us. Our incredibly small, windowless room was clean and quiet.

En primer lugar, no obtuve la habitación que se me mostró en la promoción, por la cantidad tan alta que pagué, esperaba algo mejor. Me quedé en ella porque no había más opciones. Por lo menos estaba cómoda. El personal de recepción, no muy servicial, poco entusiasmo.

. It was perfect to walk all old san juan. Its a good place to sleep but the room i stood in was the most affordable and didnt had much space to walk around. I had a big suitcase and had to put it in top of the bed n leave it there all my stay because my bed was really tall n i even had to jump a little bit to go on top because im kinda short. The room had only the bed space and bathroom and a little tanle to put your stuff on. With no drawers to put your clothes.so the room is good for 1 or 2 days but not for a long stay because i stood for 5 days n it was hard for me to messed with my suitcase

Terrible decision I make doing this reservation. I decide to take these presidential suites in thefortaleza the chairs are broken really bad conditions waiting for someone to seat and broke the chairs in order to charge you for a broken item which is really expensive and not good condition clean when you arrive and they have a lot of cockroach disgusting do not stay in this hotel some customers service are rude.👎
