「It was a very nice little room , perfect for a few days . 」

「Pleasant neighborhood and local restaurant in walking distance. Clean linen and nice appeal. Stairs above us and neighbor was loud. No hand towel and poor parking availability. Tub was not cleaned out. Shower was great. Lighting was wonderful.」

「This was our first time using Vrbo and Ray made the experience great. Ray is very responsive and helpful. The house is well furnished and clean. The house is a little hidden which we liked. I definitely recommend this house.」

「Well located VRBO close to highway to help us get our team to pool locations all over the Bay Area. Owners very responsive to questions. Beds were great, but the sleeper sofas could only sleep 1. Excellent parking- was a little difficult to spot the driveway due to street parked cars the first time, but after that it was easy.」

「The House was very nice and clean. It included all the essentials needed for the stay. Having a washer and dryer was very useful. It is close distance to many restaurants, malls, and the SAP center. The only recommendation would be to wait to remove the trash can bins until guests are gone from the property.」

「Our host was kind enought to allow us to add an extra guest which was really helpful. We had friends and family arriving for my daughter's wedding weekend from around the country. We all got in at different times but it was easy to access the property. It had a large fridge which meant we could do a lot of shopping for our DIY Wedding at OVY Camp. 「This historic property was cute but could have been maintained better. Just small things... the drawers in my room each had junk in them, instead of being cleared for use by guests. I combined the junk into a smaller # of drawers so I could use them. The grate on the kitchen floor was full of crap. The main refrigerator in the common kitchen had stuff in front of it so you couldn't use it. It seemed like no one had been spending time there putting things aright. My unit was...

「entire house needs painting, the pond in the backyard is a mosquito haven, furniture needs updating. It looks like a home for patients, the stove needs a good cleaning or replacement. We would not return to this property again」

「There was not enough paper towel to last for two nights and two days. My family used the paper towel that was half Empty by the kitchen. I Did not realize that there were a ring camera surveillance camera, but over all is a lovely place and cozy home. 」

「This place is can only sleep for 6 people (2 queens, 2 twins = 6 people). Both of the couches are terrible for someone to sleep on. Need to replace them if you want to advertising for more tben 6 prople. Otherwise, the placeis nice and clean. Thanks」

「We stayed here because my daughter had to work in the dorms during thanksgiving. We ate dinner in the screened in porch. We also walked to a great Mexican restaurant on Julian St….named “Tequilas Time”. It’s definitely a city house and not fancy, but perfect for the cost and location. Communication was easy with property manager. 」

「The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.」

"Please refund the $50 processing fee that I haven’t collected yet. The service for picking up from the airport needs to be more thorough. I made two calls, but the first call was hung up, and the second call said the service had been cancelled. The service to the airport was very good. IN GOD WE TRUST "

"This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
