「This home isn’t only beautiful. But super cozy. The stay was excellent. The check in was a very fast process. This is our second time renting from this company different locations and both are amazing. Highly recommend 」

「We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly.」

「We chose this unit because we were visiting family that lives in Willow Glen, and this location was excellent. The unit was very clean and we would stay here again. Two suggestions - there was no bar soap for the shower, so we had to get some from our family. One of the mattresses was way too firm for us, so you might consider adding a mattress topper. Otherwise, the unit had everything we needed. 」

「This was our first time using Vrbo and Ray made the experience great. Ray is very responsive and helpful. The house is well furnished and clean. The house is a little hidden which we liked. I definitely recommend this house.」

「No carpet, good beds, nice kitchen, very clean, well equipped, 2-car garage, great neighborhood, good location, park across the street, safe, very responsive host. 5 stars all the way. 」

「This was a surprising, but enjoyable stay. We were looking for an option other than a hotel. The location is easy to find, instructions to enter your room are easy to follow, security is a plus, and the room was a nice, respite from our daily activities. The suite includes the best rainshower and tub combo, a small kitchenette, and a separate toilet with sink area. The armoire allows you to put your traveling items away. The room was vintage pretty and the bed was comfortable.」

「This place is can only sleep for 6 people (2 queens, 2 twins = 6 people). Both of the couches are terrible for someone to sleep on. Need to replace them if you want to advertising for more tben 6 prople. Otherwise, the placeis nice and clean. Thanks」

「Cozy perfect home. Our stay was beyond pleasant. Fully equipped with all neccesities. Would definitely stay again and recommend. . 」

「The rental fit all of our needs. It was a little difficult to find (with me not being GPS savy). I also was not given check-in info until after we had arrived. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.」

「This property was amazing! An event friendly space is all I’ve ever hoped for and this house delivered. The rooms were cozy and comfy, the bathrooms were cleaned and maintained well. The kitchen was straight forward with no issues. On arrival we did notice the house had a bit of a odor but opening windows and the screen door quickly resolved it. The backyard was also fantastic. Nice open and welcoming space. I will say we did notice a bit of left over trash from possibly a previous guest that...

「The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.」

"This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
