Super friendly staff but unfortunately a run down and overpriced accommodation It’s run like an American resort (bar prices and menu prices reflect this) but the facilities included the rooms, windows, showers etc are not quality you’d expect for the price. We didn’t have a warm shower the whole time we were there, even when we were moved rooms. Staff were super helpful trying to sort it out but the property is unfortunately not high enough standard to make their effort worth it.

Amenities could be improved. No coffee in the rooms and the restaurant wouldn’t make coffee until 7am. Two bath towels provided but only one hand towel and one wash cloth. Really? We’re supposed to share a washcloth? We asked for some and were obliged but two of everything should automatically be put in the rooms. Dinners were pretty good! Breakfast was not that great. Food buffet was cold usually unless you arrived at 7am when they put it out. Bar was good. Mike was an awesome bartender! Cynthia at front desk was helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and not terribly far from the town (keep in mind that's on top of a hill). The view is really nice and the pools are decent. Some things that I did not like were: 1) Very low water pressure, 2) There was no water a couple of times because of some pipes issues (which I undertand it happens, but nobody told us and we found out while showering), 3) Water wasn't very warm when showering, 4) Hot tub wasn't working, 5) There is a display right by the entrance selling toiletries, incuding an entire row of condoms (not very family friendly and it displays low class in my opinion).

Clean room, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the restaurant on site. Walking distance to the Cahal Pech ruins & within pickup range for the shuttle for both of our excursions. We also booked the shuttle through the hotel for airport pickup in Belize city and it was flawless.

I was a solo traveler and the staff took good care of me. They helped me arrange rides, and with whats app (I'm new to it). I liked the resort options although I didn't use them (2 beautiful pools, gift shop, etc). I did many things offsite but the location was ideal for me. Nice views, pretty foliage around the property...My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I love the area and the people were so nice that I met. The staff here made me feel welcome I would definately stay here again.

The views were beautiful. The Staff was wonderful. There were two vegetarians in our group and the Head Cook came out to ensure the vegetarians were well taken care of. The food was wonderful.

The food here is really terrible. Breakfast is very minimal and not a lot of different choices. The Dinner was also not good meat or pasta, while the prices were on the high side. We ordered a cheesecake, which we gave back that was apparently there for over a week according to the kitchen. The next morning the rest of this cheesecake was still laying there, probably to be sold. Accomodation is fine

Only thing id like to see. Hot water and more water pressure in showers and more storage no where to put clothes in my room . And all day cooffee.urn would be an added touch or a kettle .
