“The Grandis rooms is only a small room with two single beds on metal frame that made noise when moving in your bed. they only had a single sheet to cover yourself and no spare blanket to to get warm, I had to use the bath towels to cover myself to get warm at night. There was no breakfast included. The bathroom was not very clean, there was mold in the shower and the door of the shower was so small that I had to squeeze in to be able to take a shower and I'm not a big person. The sink was……

“Nice rooms, nice bathroom, nice bed, clean. Hard to get hot water though. Even though there is free street parking, it is impossible to find a legal parking spot. We also have to lock the door with a key once inside the room in order to lock the door. If one person leaves with the key, it's a fire hazard as there are large metal grills over the windows and you need the key to get out of the room.”

“Location is good, just 5 mins walk from the San Giovanni metro station. Room is large enough and mostly clean, but the room is not soundproof. Light breakfast is included with croissant, toast and drinks. The receptionist helped us to look for lost clothes in the garden which was must appreciated. Thank you.”

“Really great property for the price. I went with a friend for a few days in Rome and this was just what we needed. Very nice and friendly hostel in a great location. About a 10 minute bus from the train station and a half hour walk from the entrance ”

“the staff is really nice, we got big help.just take bus 105 &50 from train terminal than walk few minutes. and the bus 81&51 near hotel can go to famous pointview. It's very convenient. We arrival Lodi at 8, and we are hungry and tired. The staff help us to call to order pizza with no extra charge and no service charge in pizza, it's really nice.”

“當初訂旅館是說每天有一瓶氣泡水，不過入住時候我在冰箱沒有發現。房間感覺有挑高，浴室跟房間都有窗戶面向花園。六月的羅馬很熱,可是一進房卻變涼爽，房內插頭有提供usb充電很值得讚賞。浴室是乾濕分離。樓下就是51號公車。不差一趟1.5eu車錢的其實一天可以用公車當代步工具。住了四天三夜我還不知道房東是誰。”

“Excelente o atendimento do Renato (proprietário), gentil e prestativo. Localização excelente, pertinho da estação Re de Roma do metrô, proporcionando fácil acesso a varias atrações de Roma. O café da manhã é bem básico, sem grandes atrativos. Vista agradável da janela para a Via Appia Nuova. A cama era um pouco pequena e estreita, o que dificultou a me acostumar nos 2 primeiros dias. ”
