We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment.
Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible.
The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room.
The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour.
Not that client friendly when I'm still spending money at your hotel.
The thing that made it worse for me was the manager that come to talk to us on check out and explained that they need to charge us the €10,- an hour because there are other guests checking in.
1. It was LOW LOW LOW season
2. If you really had guests checking in, the late check out was no option.
3. I have a degree in hotel and hospitality management, so my advice to this manager.. Don't lie to your guests about obvious things, it makes you look stupid! :(

The massage 💆 is not worth the money.
