Quite nice for my needs
This small place has everything I needed. It was very clean. Good extras. Two nice TVs, good coffee station! Kitchen and toiletries are well supplied with everything needed, even laundry supplies.The bed is very comfortable. It's an old building, but they have made it comfortable and nice. I did not have any disappointment staying there.

The place was cozy and small. It was very clean and neat. The access was easy and parking was great to have as well. Overall, it was a good spot and very convenient for access to the U and downtown. It did smell a bit stale and the pullout couch was not comfortable and slanted the wrong way. The shower pressure was also very weak.

we went to SLC for a month to ski and "work remote". this apt was a great getaway - walkable to downtown and trolley square and quick access to the mountains. good price for a nice apt! even came with a few amenities like laundry pods etc, always a nice touch! no issues with communication. everything went very smoothly

Convenient, spacious, cozy
Walking distance to groceries, library, park. Everything you need to prepare simple meals . Good for 2 people in a comfy bed. Safe surface parking un a designated spot behind house. This is a downstairs access apt, if u have mobility issues consider alternate options. I found the wifi slow. The kitchen sink water pressure is slight BUT shower = perfect. Would happily short stay again.
