It was a great location and easy access to public transportation. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was quick and responsive. The view was lacking but overall a great place to stay!

The apartment was right across the street from a concert we were attending. Apartment was clean and secure. There is a lot of construction in the area which makes street parking a little difficult if you can’t take advantage of the garage parking.

Great little condo for family of 4
We had a nice 3 night stay as we were in town for an event at the Salt Lake Convention Center. The kids slept on the pull out couch and we found the master bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo came with necessary toiletries. The in unit laundry was a plus. Parking was easy. The view left some to be desired, as you stare at the wall of the building next door, but that wasnt a big deal. Would absolutely recommend. need very comfortable

There for concert at Complex
Place was excellent. The concert venue is across the street and all other amenities were nearby. It was clean and the private parking garage was secure and easy. Would recommend for anyone going to events downtown

Anthony the host was excellent. He made the process very easy, responded to my many questions in a timely manner. The place is very quiet, secure and comfortable. Family Trip for a sports tournament
We enjoyed this trip! The space was fantastic and even better than advertised, small touches were noticed and helpful (granola bars & popcorn when we got in late). Communication with owner was great! A few hiccups with getting in and out of the secured building but with the homeless community nearby I appreciated the extra security. Great restaurants nearby - pool, community grill space & gym were great and we used them! Would stay there again if we ever go back to SLC!

The place was great! It was clean, quiet and stocked with all the basics to prepare meals should you choose. There was a nice park near by, but the homeless seemed to have taken it over. No trouble, but coming from a rural farming community it’s not something we are accustomed too. I would highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time.

Condo very clean, comfortable bed. Good location, nice pool and gym area. Renter went above and beyond with the little things. Coffee was supplied along with tea, instant oatmeal, microwave popcorn. Full spice rack nice supply of kitchen tools etc… extra razors a toothbrush… just in case. Little things that shows he’s going the extra mile. You may not need these things but if you do it’s great they are there. Very responsive. Answered questions immediately. Only 1 complaint… picture of the view from your balcony needs to be updated. New condo building right next door. We enjoy sitting outside with a view for morning coffee. Other than that… very nice

Overall this was a great place to stay. Didn’t notice any issues with parking on the street or the ramp - we made sure to park on the top floor so it was easy to get to the apartment. The bed was comfy, pillows weren’t great, but fine for the couple of days we stayed. The construction outside appears to be getting towards completion and we didn’t have any issues with noise from that. Again, overall it was a positive experience staying here.

Overall great stay with minor inconvenience
Communicating with Anthony was very easy & he was accessible. The location of the apartment was great! Short walk to many restaurants or a short Uber to others across SLC. The apartment was nice and clean. The only reason I give a 4/5 is because the apartment complex only has one elevator and the room is quite the walk from the elevator, so that was a bit inconvenient during our stay. Also, the windows face other apartments so the view is brick walls and windows which was disappointing. The apartment has nice amenities though!

Great Spot in Salt Lake
The only reason I gave it 4 overall stars was that we had a lot of stuff to carry and its a long walk from the apartment to the parking garage. It make it tough for getting everything in and out of the place. A push cart would be great.
