「This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. I will suggest they should implement a guest login access through web which can provide all the details of your booking plus extra spending done each day at the property. It will give clear financial visibility before checkout. We may need a longer holiday to see GOA.」
