"Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is out of the way, a bit, from the tourist areas (although the tram line is very convenient and runs all the time) and a tiny bit "sketchy" (homeless guy sleeping in the vestibule that I had to pass every time I left or returned...). But, there's a nice fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays right around the corner too. BTW, the beds are HARD !"

I would recommend this hotel fir solo travel, a business trip or families."

The reception staff are so helpful and informative about the surrounding areas. The hotel itself was very well kept, clean and had everything we needed. "The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities.
