For a stay with friends or family, come and enjoy this new house with its outdoor pool just steps from the sea.

Passing through the entrance gate, you will discover a large property: a large garden, a pleasant terrace sheltered from the wind and above all its lovely heated outdoor pool from June to September.

Entering this house, you will enter a large living room with its comfortable lounge and living room open to the fully equipped American kitchen. This room also offers direct access to the equipped terrace. From the kitchen you also have access to a back kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the garage.
On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet as well as a charming master suite with its 140x190 bed and its bathroom with shower.

Upstairs you will access the 3 other bedrooms of the house. The first is more suitable for children with its 90x190 pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people. The second bedroom is another master suite, with its 160x200 bed and its private bathroom with shower.
To access the last bedroom, you will cross a children\'s playroom with TV and Wii game console. The last bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160x200 as well as 2 single beds of 90x200.
The first floor is also equipped with a second separate toilet as well as a third bathroom with a bathtub.

The little extras you won\'t find elsewhere? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a 100% local welcome basket, a digital welcome booklet explaining the functioning of the house and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
