Saint-Jorioz Beach Hotel

"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

"The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions. We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. A handbook of how to run various appliances would be helpful (heater, towel bars, etc.) Also we had anxiety each time we used the key...

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. We enjoyed evening meals outside in the garden around the big table. Be aware, one single bedroom is...

"Nice apartment in a great location. Garden needs some TLC to really make it more usable and the bikes were poorly maintained but we managed to get 3 working ones for our party. Overall a great holiday . Would love to return"

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."
