"A wonderful hotel. It is a beautiful property and the staff is pleasant and attentive. The lounge was a great perk with Japanese beers and wine on draft. The room I stayed in was spacious. There are plenty of dining options and a few bars nearby. The area felt safe and was clean. "

"The hotel is very close to the central train station, which was great for us as we arrived by train. Reception is on the 3rd floor and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious - even with an extra bed. We only had one meal in the hotel and the food was very good, though one pork dish was very fatty."

"The service is the best among my 2 week stay in Kyushu (the others are already good). The location is prime and is more preferable than the one I used next to the Hakata station. Rooms are in good size, the only thing that is slightly smaller than expected is the bath."
