「Beautiful home. Had everything we needed. The only negatives I would are there were TONS of waps around the outside of the home and inside of the garage. It made the area hard to use. The were wasp nests everywhere too. Water also had a bad smell.」

「We had our best Christmas visit to CO yet when staying for 10 days in this great property! Only 20 minutes from our son's house in Penrose, minutes from stores, restaurants, gas, museums. 「Just loved the stay here. Almost don’t want to say to much because I would like to be able to always schedule here again. The place is beautifully appointed and run by Lavonne and she is awesome. Everything was top notch for a cabin in the woods. We got 3-4 feet of snow while I was there and Lavonne took great care of everything. 」

「One of my favorite Vrbo stays ever! It is tiny which we found very cool and fit us three adults just fine! The remote, woodsy, outdoor feeling was spectacular. The stars were beautiful at night and coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was breathtaking! To top it all off the cabin was extremely clean and stocked with everything you would need! Thanks for a great stay and I 100% recommend this cabin.」

「Basecamp is a quaint and cozy place with all of the comforts of home. Very tastefully decorated and inviting. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. Owners are very accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. 」

「The property was not really within walking distance of downtown area. Beautiful house but we went at Christmas time and they had no decorations. I realize they probably worry about offending someone but I don’t think garland on the fireplace mantels or a fake poinsettia here or there would have been an issue. It would have been nice if they had some box games for kids or families to play while staying there. Ok for a night or two. 」
