"There is difference between mediocre and the best hotel. I would say Westin is easily the best hotel I have stayed in Perth. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and polite, always smile to guests and provide excellent service. Breakfast at Garum is exceptional, beautiful food and coffee, amazing staff. Comfortable bed and couch with spacious room and nice city view. Overall it is always a perfect stay being in Westin. Definitely worth the price with all it provides. Will be back again for sure!"

"整體體驗還可以，但是有兩點提出改善：1. 員工素質還需再訓練，飯店以五星自評，但所有services都很被動並不如人意（如我們訂四人房確給兩張單人床，反映後，回應我那已經是兩人床了，睜眼說瞎話，盥洗用品也只給兩分，我訂四人房價呀？）。2. 早餐選項很少而且需用點餐方式一人一份。"
