No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. 「I was very happy with this stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. There isn't much in the way of amenities, that's not a criticism, it contributed to the restful quality of the place. There was an issue with the hot water the day we checked in but they got to work on it within minutes and got us in a different room without any hassle. The only real negatives I saw were with the tight parking and the entrance from the road itself. The gate opens very slow and people drive rather fast through that...

「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「I am so grateful to this property owner for not only being very easy to reach but allowing us to host Thanksgiving here! Our wedding was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and with our families in town we asked to have them over and he was so gracious. This was the trip of a lifetime and we will cherish these memories forever!」

「The hacienda was very clean. There were a group of roust young people in the adjacent room but that was not the owners fault. The property was in a remote are so you’d need to rent a car or know the number of a taxi service.」

「Arrived at the property and the host was welcoming, answered all questions. Went above & Beyond.」

「The rooftop has a very nice sitting area. The parking is convenient. The room was clean and functional. The host was very responsive and was extremely considerate in pre-warning us that the AC unit was not operating properly. The bigger issue was the plumbing as the toilet could not be flushed without overflowing, or having water back up into the shower. 」

「We enjoyed our stay the management was welcome and friendly. If we are in that party if town again I would definitely return. Thanks 」

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
