The hotel itself was a historical piece built in 13th century! Staying in such an old building (renovated and furnished delightfully) was a treat. It was tight in the middle of the most famous attractions, all walking distance. Perfect for a first timer in Rome and solo travelers. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Having a kitchenette with a full size oven surprised me happily. Nice bathroom, daily cleaning. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location, quiet and only mins of walking to many attractions including the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc. There are many restaurants and gelatos nearby. Room is clean and very spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Francesca helped us with Check in and she is great. We were able to check in early at noon as well. Some minor drawbacks for us: -If you have mobility issues, this place might not be for you since no lift is available in the first floor. We had to climb one flight of stairs to the lift. -The kitchen exists but there is no basic condiments like salt, pepper or oil, and no dining table, so I suppose we should do only light cooking (we boiled and fried eggs). -no reception desk, so we needed to arrange check-in with the staff. I don’t know how it works if we came late (we arrived around Noon). All in all, I highly recommend the hotel.

I was hésitant when reading some of the reviews but our stay was great. The rooms are beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The shower was great once you learn what all the buttons are for. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Roma!

Ótima estadia em Roma!
Ótimo lugar pra conhecer Roma. A poucos minutos da Via del Corso (rua com as principais lojas), Fontana de Trevi, Pantheon e Piazzas Navona e d Spanga. Tem uma farmácia dem em frente e a 5 min de supermercados. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé, o que é uma grande vantagem em Roma. Varios restaurantes próximos. Lugar silencioso. Fomos recebidos no horário marcado e recebemos o cartão de acesso sem problemas. Esse é o único ponto de atenção: só entregam um único cartão de acesso, o que fez com que tivéssemos que estar todos juntos pra poder entrar ao retorno doa passeios. Limpo e com utensílios novos. Camas confortáveis. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza!

My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. The apartment was a couple hundred yards from the Pantheon. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops all within a 5 minute walk. It is a good place for a long stay. The closest metro station is about a 15 min walk which is the only downside. Also, there is no microwave in the kitchen. Other than that the kitchen is equipped well enough so you don't have to eat out every meal.

Es muy buena a excepción de los 50 escalones que hay que subir antes de llegar al ascensor que es para dos personas máximo, honestamente fue genial, pero en mi caso de haber sabido de eso no hubiera viajado con 4 maletas grandes, dos carry on y dos bolso, me hubiera gustado saberlo antes.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, atualizado e agradável. Limpo e organizado. o atendimento é ótimo, Elia foi gentil e prestativa. O elevador é muiiiito lento, mas está lá, o que ajuda bastante. O único porém é o chuveiro, poderia ter uma vazão maior.

Location location location!!
This place was WONDERFUL!! The location cannot be beat! There was a small elevator to use but I will note our apartment was on top of the 4th floor so lots of stairs. Just good info for travelers to be aware in case mobility issues or small space issues. But you should book this place based on the location alone!! Right in the heart of Rome. 3 min from the Pantheon. 10 min to Trevi 12 min to Spanish Steps. 10 min to bus stops for hop on hop off tours. Wonderful hosts that were helpful and kind. 10stars from us! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We would gladly come back again! Photo from the patio. Ciao!!

What a find! We were met by a friendly member of staff who took us to our room and mate sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. It was clean, very comfortable and within easy walking distance to everything.
