「The property itself is beautiful and very easy to get around Uptown from the apartment. The communication with the agency became very annoying as they make sure you don’t let anyone know you have booked through Expedia. I got multiple calls a day from them while on vacation.Again, the property is wonderful. A bit noisy with traffic, but overall a good stay.」

「What a lovely place this was for our short stay in the Matthews area. This finishes on this place are not conducive to an apartment over the garage, it was a LOT nicer and the pictures are exactly as shown. Communication with the property manager was fantastic, and we would stay here again and again!」

「The property was in a great location close enough to downtown that I was able to easily walk to most of the bars, restaurants, etc and not have to worry about driving or Ubering unless I especially wanted to. The property was super quiet, well furnished and an amazing price for the weekend. I’m definitely gonna have to keep this one in mind for any future endeavors to Charlotte. 」

「We had 4 adults and a small dog for a long weekend to go to a football game. Only down was no balcony but that was very clear on the listing. Plus was the parking pass which not all units come with. The gym is small but nice. Has a cable crossover, a few weight machines, some free weights, Peloton and treadmill. Great location!!! We walked to the Panthers game and several local spots. Enjoy food at Cowbell Tavern (they have GF buns, just fyi) and drinks at the local. 」
