「If you are looking to spend time in a quiet authentic neighborhood in Venice, this is your place! It was fun to see the kids go to school and all meet up afterwards to hang out near the bridge! It is quiet but close to many restaurants, shops and a grocery store. It is located right on the canal on the first floor. 「Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!」

「The host was great at communicating and had someone meet us at the water taxi and they walked us to the property. She also gave instructions for getting from the train station to the water taxi stop. The property was great and very homey. Everything you need is there. There is a grocery store just steps from the property. It was easy to get to the water taxi and everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!」

「they place was huge alot of rooms 6 bedrooms and we were a family of 5, and it had 2 washrooms, only problem with the place no ac, one room had ac good so we all kinda slept in there, other area's were way to hot and even it rained on our trip and was cool outside but the inside was terrible, also we had 5 suitcases and omg it was a pain walking up those stairs, i wish they had an elevator its a must in europe if you have lots of luggage, but even walking up with the heat in the building its...

「威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。」

「Location of apartment ideal for visiting the main tourist attractions and good mix of locals and tourists around.. Apartment equipped with everything required and of high quality.
