Temp very warm in bathroom, cool in bedroom. 1min to main walking and shopping street, 5 mins walk to train station, very convenient. Imaginative space, lots of room in bathroom. Nice kitchen. The table abd 2 chairs are in a cramped space. Candies aka sweeties are a nice touch. I prefer hard sweeties. Creative use of self-book in. I had to be helped by a neighbour.」

「Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...

「Spring Cottage was a great base for us while we were up in the area visiting friends. The cottage is cute and cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The Trawden Arms is a short walk away and does good food and there are loads of great walks in the area. The host, Alex was very friendly and helpful.」

「The property is a wonderful little find. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spotlessly clean and lots of little treats in both the kitchen and bathroom. Barry was extremely responsive to our emails prior to our visit. We were unfortunately delayed on transport when visiting Manchester. 「We really enjoyed our stay in bramble brook cottage. The cottage is brand new and really nicely done it well deserves its 5 star rating. It’s amazing to find somewhere so nice that accepts pets.
