「The Paradise Ridge Farmstay homes are lovely. We were a group of 10 so had the 3 BR home plus two one BR cottages. We had a couple minor issues but they were handled quickly. The beds are comfortable and kitchen and baths are all updated. Overall a lovely stay enjoyed by all.」

「.We enjoy staying near Geyserville and this property meets all of our criteria. It was a pleasant walk to town (or a very brief drive). I cook most nights and the house has an excellent well furnished kitchen. Geyserville has some wonderful restaurants and tasting rooms. 「Lovely location. Beautiful yard. Wish we would have had more time to spend in the outdoor areas Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Few minor issues (nothing that affected our stay) with the home. Owners said they'd come the next day, but never did. We likely would stay there again if in the area.」

「Nice house in a beautiful location. We had some issues checking in (they changed the lock box code and didn’t tell us), no wifi, no cellular service and no water our first night. This made it trying especially since we were travelling with small children, but the property manager did everything they could to help. 「My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The house is nicely renovated with a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely deck that wraps around the house with views of adjacent wineries. We really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the wine and food at Bricoleur. Deacon was the best host! He met us on the days that we checked in and out, and was very responsive via text. 「Our visit to Fox Kit Cottage was just what we needed. This home is in a quiet, safe, small neighborhood, just far enough off Highway One to avoid traffic noise, while super convenient to head out. The home is surrounded by gorgeous landscaping with flowers in bloom, even in September. The place was very clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable. The large deck has an unobstructed view of the ocean, where we could watch Pelicans, Red Tail Hawks, a Great Horned Owl, Sea Gulls, deer…on a beach...

「We enjoyed the walks to the beach, 2 beaches, and the view of the ocean from the house. House layout worked well for our group that included 7 people as well as 2 dogs. Enjoyed hot tub together. Went to town one day, lots of games. Would recommend, except for very small kitchen.」
