Loved our stay here!!

Us and a group of friends stayed here for a long weekend. We couldn’t have had a better time. The house was great for accommodating our group, the lake was beautiful, and the outdoor was great for hanging and having a fire. We will definitely be staying here again!

Dreams on the Lake was truly marvelous!

Oh, the views! We were there for peak fall colors and great weather for fishing and camp fires. The cabin was newly remodeled and very clean. It fit our family very well, and we had enough space to stretch out, play games and sit by the lake. The property is very secluded, quiet and beautiful. We will definitely look to book again:)

Great getaway!

GreatPlenty of space and amenities! Water was clean and our kids and all adults had a blast on the canoe, paddle boards and paddle boat. Great dock to fish off and overall a quiet lake.

Nice big house with room to spread out.

The house not only has a bunch of beds but also room to spread out if weather turns rainy. The deck on the back was long enough to setup Cornhole boards (we brought our own) and the side yard was big enough to setup some yard games.

Wonderful spacious home/cabin on a full recreational lake!

We had an excellent time at this home! House was clean and spacious for a family of 8-10. Beautiful views and lake. Great pier to tie your boat on. Loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the benches right on the pier to enjoy my coffee. Brought a Lilly pad to attach to the pier. Kids played for hours. Also, had a nice swim deck to lay out on. Wonderful fire pit. Was the perfect vacation home to end our summer. Will be back for some winter ice fishing/snowmobiling. Along with summer fun next year! Highly recommended!!

Great get away on the lake.

Was a sight to behold as we rounded the last corner on the driveway. Great house great location and a great fishing lake. We rented a pontoon from Lakeside Marina and had lots of fun crusing and fishong. Everyone who was fishing caught some of thier biggest fish ever and lots of them . We will be back.

Beautiful Home!

Everything was great in the home! The views and inside the house were great. We were supposed to have 12 people come but unfortunately a few were out sick. However, if they had come, there would not have been sleeping space for 12 people.

The cleaning was not 100%. Front porch should have been swept, cob webs/spiders in some of the rooms. No gas provided for the gas grill. Paddle boat was partially filled with water. Dumpster was full and never emptied.

Beautiful home and lake

Loved our stay at Dreams on the Lake! Beautiful lake home with plenty of room for our large group, 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. We loved all the water recreation amenities provided, we used the paddle boat, row boat, and paddle boards. A perfect spot for a relaxing family weekend at the lake, we would love to stay here again!

Great Vacation spot

The floorplan was great, the kitchen was roomy and there was plenty of seating for meals. There were a lot of water toys for everyone to enjoy. There was a boat landing very close to the property so we could put our boat in for the duration our stay. The appliances were new including the touch faucet in the kitchen; Once I learned how it worked, I loved it. The sandy beach was nice, but our water shoes came in handy as there was a bit of seaweed at the bottom of the lake. All in all everyone had a great and memorable time in the Northwoods.

We spent a whole day without power and water due to the property owner's error. Had to carry water from the nearby stream for the toilets. Quite some time and very stressful!

Family Vacation

If you are looking for a quiet retreat away from the city, this is a good place for it. The inside of the home is beautiful. ALOT of bugs so be prepared. Fishing was great and the pier was beautiful. Can't really swim as it is not cleared in the water to do so. If you need internet service, there is none as described. You will need to have a good hot spot on your phone if you need to use the internet. A few hiccups upon arrival but Brian, Adam, Dave, and Tiffany were great and did everything possible to help make our family vacation pleasant & enjoyable. Thank you to everyone who helped us.

The place is really nice. There are few things that need improvement. The listing said “internet”. We could not get connected. The listing said “fully stocked kitchen”. That needs improvement. Also we could not find the remote for the tv. Other than that, it was awesome😀

Spacious home

Beutiful house with beautiful views on the lake! We really enjoyed our stay there. It is secluded yet easy to find. I believe it is a perfect vacation home no matter what season you decide to go there. However, I have to mention 2 things: 1. Sheets on the beds in the basement area were not washed/changed. 2. This is definitely not two king one queen bed house. It is two queen one king. We got a small refund for those two things, costumer service and property menager were great. Overall, beautiful vacation home!

The perfect family winter holiday getaway

We spent 4 nights the week before Christmas. The very first morning we awoke to an amazing scene before us out the big patio windows in the master bedroom and livingroom. An otter spent the whole day fishing for clam where the creek met the frozen lake. As we watched in the same morning a pileated woodpecker, a gray fox, and an eagle passed over this same frozen lake. The home was so clean and spacious and well appointed. The teens were thrilled with the basement as well as the recliners with ports for their devices. The younger kids loved the ice fishing opportunity. They all enjoyed downhill skiing at Granite Peak 40 minutes away. My husband had the wifi to do a bit of work and I loved the clean kitchen with big counter top to bake all of my Christmas cookies with-and cooled them on the porch! The appliances in the kitchen seemed quite new! We were so grateful to find a place to bring our black lab and let him run around under the beautiful pines and birch trees while we made a campfire. In truth this was not the original cabin we choose but due to a power outage at the original rental we came about staying at Dreams on the Lake. It really was like a dream or a Hallmark holiday movie. It was magical and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
