「Easy stay, good, clean and well managed. Comms were excellent and highly detailed making pre/stay/exit very easy. Location very close in driving distances to the mountains and the local amenities in Merthyr. All highly recommended. 」

「Very well equipped, clean and cosy. with stunning views from the windows. An ideal base for investigating the lovely Afan Valley. Also close enough for Mumbles, Gower and Swansea. Off road parking. Lovely garden but a lot of stairs to deal with.」

「It is a lovely apartment that met our needs. Beds were very comfortable and living room relaxing. Beautiful views from back of apartment. There are lovely walks for our dogs in the valley, it was only 15 minutes to the dog friendly end of the beach in Port Talbot. We had a great stay. 」

「Once inside, the property is very nice. But FINDING it is impossible without careful assistance from the owner. The street address given by VRBO does not exist. The property access is off a run down alley BEHIND where the street address would be. No navigation system in the world could find this place. You have to carefully go down the parallel alley and look for the property. The owner emailed me pictures of the property from the alley which was the ONLY way to actually find it.」

「Everything was fine - except that it was freezing cold in the bathroom. The storage heater could have been put on for an hour or so before my arrival. As it was the room was so cold! And if I kept it on at night, the noise of the thing going on and off kept me awake. So - a little more thought could be given to how to deal with that for comfort's sake.」

「The seven of us came here to go white water rafting. The Coach House was amazing - from the ensuite bathrooms to the hot tub. Farmer John gave us a tour of the farm. Everyone lovely. Would come again!!?」

「Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. 」

「First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. There was also a small car...

「Really cosy and gorgeous little cottage! Bedroom was really comfy, ceiling a little low in parts if you’re 6.4’ and above! Breakfast was a nice easy fix. The view was excellent and the shared gardens were peaceful. Lawrence was helpful and welcoming.」
