「酒店位置距離法蘭克福中央車站很遠，駕車大約30分鐘。酒店較舊，但房間有翻新過，空間大且整潔，櫃檯人員親切有禮，入住或退房手續簡單快速，但入住當天餐廳沒有開，附近食肆不多，選擇少，幸好有超巿。從酒店步行約10多分鐘到美茵河畔，四周景色優美，拍照一流。」

「約好5:00pm入住, 沒有職員招待，多次電話聯絡，十多分鐘才到，帶我們上apartment，入內才知道未有清潔房間，又未能找人支援，衹有帶我們去鄰近的其他apartment, 我們訂的是2房可以住兩對夫妻成年人的apartment,但是衹有一個間房內有2張床」
