Impressive newly built three-storey Villa of 11 bedrooms can accommodate large groups up to 25 people. with 50 m² pool (Which can be heated with an extra charge uppon request), 6 seat jacuzzi, gym and complete privacy. Having panoramic views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, built in the beautiful traditional village of Gerani, just 6 km from the center of Rethymnon Town.

VILLA OASIS is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 25 people with absolute privacy. It consists of three floors.
- On the ground floor there are two independent spaces and there you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed measuring 2m X 1.60m and 2 more bedrooms with two single beds each, measuring 0.90m X 2m. All bedrooms have a 32-inch smart TV with satellite channels and NETFLIX, air conditioning, wardrobe and mirror, beautiful and careful decoration to relax you. Both rooms have a comfortable living room and kitchen. Each living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, where two people can sleep comfortably, there is also a 58-inch smart-TV with satellite channels and NETFLIX connection, balcony doors overlooking the garden and the pool. Each kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, hobs, oven, dishwasher and provides everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. There is also a dining area in the kitchen. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with toiletries, a shower and a washing machine.

- On the first floor of the villa you will find three bedrooms, two with a double bed, dimensions 2m X 1.60m and one with two single beds 0.90m X 2m. The two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and all rooms have a balcony overlooking the front of the house and the pool, smart TV 32 ', closets and air condition. On the first floor there is also a large living room with comfortable sofas, smart TV 65 ' and a large, impressive balcony with wonderful sea views and an outdoor dining area to enjoy your drink or food with your loved ones. Finally, on the first floor, there is one more bathroom with shower and a kitchenette for your immediate needs.

- On the second floor the guest will find four more bedrooms, two with double bed 1.60 X 2 and two with two single beds, 0.90 X 2. In the master bedroom of the villa besides the double bed there is a sofa that becomes a bed and can accommodate another guest, bathroom with shower, desk, closets, smart TV and a large balcony overlooking the sea and pool. In the second bedroom, there is also a double bed, bathroom with shower, smart TV, closets and two balconies overlooking the front of the house. The third and the forth bedroom has two single beds each, smart TV, wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the pool. This floor also has a bathroom in the common area and a kitchenette for your immediate needs.

- The exterior of VILLA OASIS will literally take your breath away as it is designed and equipped in such a way as to offer the visitor the ultimate relaxation but also the stunning and panoramic view of the Cretan Sea and the wild beauty of the Vedero gorge. Specifically outside you will find the impressive pool 50 m² (Which can be heated with an extra charge uppon request) and depth 1.40, 2 waterfalls and a children's section for our little guests. There is also a six-seater jacuzzi with great sea views and a impressive fire pit seating. Around the pool there is a variety of furnished areas with comfortable sun loungers, hanging bed, living room, coffee table, shower, as well as a pergola that includes barbecue, with wood and charcoal, 2 electric ovens, sink, serving and baking utensils and a large outdoor dining table.Outdoors, fitness enthusiasts will find a fully equipped indoor gym to continue their sports program. Nearby, there is a playroom with a pool table for additional entertainment. Our little friends can spend endless hours of fun and play safely on the playground with swings, mini golf, and football. The entire outdoor area is fenced for absolute privacy and has parking for four cars. Finally, there is WiFi access throughout the property.

VILLA OASIS is 1.5 km away from the nearest beach and has easy access to the main road to explore all the points of interest of the island. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and cycling. The center of the village Gerani is 300 meters away and there you can find a variety of shops such as supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, ATM, to get the essentials, as well as several traditional taverns and cafes. The nearest airport is Chania airport 55km away.
