"We had a peaceful extended weekend getaway at this property. The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. We spent a lot of time on the deck, watching the Muskegon River and listening to the song birds. We even heard a Barred Owl and saw some loons and a few deer. I also enjoyed the surrounding area. Water is pretty intense well water so we brought our own to drink. I would say that is the most inconvenient thing but otherwise a fantastic stay and we will be back! "
