「It was good until came back stairs had to be used because elevator was out then I was on fifth floor. Had issues with reservations then second room booked wasn’t ready for my cousin when she made it at 630 had to use my room to get dress for concert. Etc」

「We LOVE this hotel and make it a point to stop a few times a year. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love to unwind on the rooftop couches and the individually decorated rooms are always something special. 」

「The Hilton was such a nice hotel to stay at. It is one of my new favorite Shreveport hotels. It was very clean, very nice staff that was very helpful. I called the front desk with questions and they was so nice and helpful. We brought our service dogs and the staff was so nice about it. I love the check in/check out feature on app. You can also chat with front desk on there and get a very quick response. The air conditioning worked very good and beds were super comfy. 」

「Excellent place to stay in Shreveport. Old, stately home made into a B&B. Breakfasts are wonderful, creative affairs by the chef/owner. Very quite area near the medical center.」

「The property was great. Very close and convenient to Centenary College where my oldest daughter attends school. The construction on I20 sucks right now, but that is not the hotels fault! Being on the 1st floor with our kids was also great; right down the hall from breakfast and the outdoor pool. Our room was very spacious for the 6 of us (2 adults 4 kids). The kids loved to pool; the outdoor area is very nice with tons of sitting areas for adults. The breakfast was good also. 」
